Goalkeeper Cudicini’s surgery successful
Tottenham custodian Carlo Cudicini went under the knife last week and the operation has been deemed a success.
Cudicini was sent to the hospital after a severe motorcycle crash on Thursday where he sustain multiple fractures on his right wrist and pelvic region.
The former Chelsea No. 1 had surgery on Friday, and could be discharged soon, stated the Spurs' medical personnel.
"Both specialists are extremely pleased with the result and expect a good recovery," head of medical services Wayne Diesel told the club's official website.
"Carlo is in a lot less discomfort than before the operations and is in good spirits.
"The splint on his left wrist has been removed and he now has full use of this wrist.
"He will remain in hospital for a few more days and then be on forearm crutches for about 12 weeks."
