Fabregas won't be drawn on future

Cesc Fabregas has reiterated his desire to win trophies at Arsenal, but admits he does not know what the future holds.

The 22-year-old is currently away on international duty with Spain but rumours have again surfaced regarding his future at club level - with Spain's big two apparantly preparing bids for the influential Gunner.

Reports in Spain suggest that with Joan Laporta set to step down at the end of the season presidential candidate Sandro Rosell wants to use Fabregas as the figurehead for his bid.

Meanwhile, Spanish newspaper AS also ran an article claiming that Real Madrid were ready to launch their own bid for the former Barca youngster at the end of the season.

The midfielder refused to be drawn on the speculation and insists that he doesn't look too far into the future.

Speaking to Spanish radio station Onda Cero the Arsenal captain said "Now I am very calm and without injuries.

"At Arsenal I am developing a good season and my dream is to win titles there.

"Still, I don't think about my future. I'm focused on the short term and don't look beyond that.

"I have a great responsibility to my club and now is not the time to think beyond that."
