Chamakh: I will see out my contract
Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh has hinted he will leave the French club for Arsenal at the end of the season.
Talking to France Football, the Moroccan international said he will see out his contract and not move clubs in January.
"I am sure I will finish the current campaign at Bordeaux. It's perfectly clear. I will be free at the end of the season.
"I don't want my name to be rumoured everywhere from 1st to 31st of January. I don't want to experience again what I endured.
"(I don't want) people to ask 'do you want to leave?' or 'do you want to move?'. My answer is no."
Arsenal have been struggling for goals ever since Robin van Persie was injured on international duty for Holland. With Eduaro, Carlos Vela struggling and Nicolas Bendtner unfit, Chamakh could offer another option.
