Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has admitted would like to sign Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli.

Balotelli, now 19, was given his Serie A debut by Mancini in 2007 but the frontman has clashed with current Inter coach Jose Mourinho.

Mancini, quoted in the News of the World, said: "I would bring Mario here because he is young and has great potential to be world class.

"He can resolve games and I never had any complaints about him."
