Saha: My money is on Man United

Everton's Louis Saha has backed Manchester United to pip Chelsea for this season's Premier League title.

The former Man United striker scored a brace against the Blues on Thursday and he could have had a hat-trick if his penalty was not saved.

Having faced Chelsea up close at Goodison Park, he now thinks United are going to win the title, again.

"If you ask me who's going to win the title, I'd love to say Everton, but obviously that's not going to happen, and if not, then I would like to see United do it again," Saha said.

"I think it will be tight between the top two. Chelsea are very strong, but I think United are better - and personally I would be delighted if they won it. I'd definitely prefer that.

Saha's display has even prompted former Red Devil Phil Neville to back the Frenchman as is one of the best strikers on the world. After leaving United in 2008, Saha has also admitted that he is still in touch with some of his ex-teammates at Old Trafford.

"I still keep in touch with a lot of them from United, especially Patrice Evra. Wayne Rooney and Owen Hargreaves are on the phone a lot, and they've got a really good bunch of guys. But this morning I will probably have more messages and calls than ever.

"I know I will be getting a lot of calls now, and it is a big boost for my old club that Chelsea has lost. But the main thing has to be Everton, and taking us as high up the table as possible."
