Right - it's 6pm BST and the transfer window has officially shut until January!
There are still numerous deals being haggled over behind-the-scenes and we could still be in for some surprises.
Latest reports from England indicate that Spurs could make a stunning swoop for Real Madrid striker Rafael van der Vaart. The Dutchman is reportedly at White Hart Lane right now.
Meanwhile, Liverpool's move for Carlton Cole and Ryan Babel's Anfield exit have both come to nothing. Fernando Torres is on his own! Ok, he has David Ngog.
DONE DEAL: Chelsea striker Franco di Santo has signed a three year deal with Wigan.
DONE DEAL: Eidur Gudjohnsen and surprise, surprise, Jermaine Pennant have joined Stoke City in the last couple of minutes before the windown shut. Tony Pulis pulls off a coup here.
DONE DEAL: Emiliano Insua has moved to Turkish side Galatasaray on a season long loan.
DONE DEAL: AC Milan's Marco Borriello has gone to Roma on loan for €2 million

It seems Roque Santa Cruz and Emmanuel Adebayor will be staying put at Manchester City. Good luck warming the bench guys.

BREAKING: Marco Borriello's move to Juventus has fallen through. This could potentially put a spanner in Robinho's move to Milan although reports in Italy claim Roma are now in talks with Borriello.

BREAKING: Finally some news on Liverpool. West Ham are considering a Liverpool bid for Carlton Cole. Not sure if that's the news you Reds fans were hoping for, but there you go.

In a U-turn Eidur Gudjohnsen has agreed to a one-year loan period to Stoke from Monaco. He's currently on his way to talk personal terms with the club.
DONE DEAL: Chilean striker Jean Beausejour is heading to Birmingham after the Blues agreed a deal with Club America.

Liverpool are still waiting for word on Paul Konchesky from Fulham. If the move does go through, there is speculation that Emiliano Insua could move to Turkey.
Bayern Munich striker Mario Gomez has also been heavily linked with a move to Anfield but Roy Hodgson has denied interest in Carlton Cole.
Meanwhile in London, Tottenham have apparently made an enquiry for Everton's Steven Pienaar.
Italian media are reporting Sulley Muntari is on his way to White Hart Lane for a reunion with Harry Redknapp - who managed him at Portsmouth.
West Ham are keen to sign Spurs' striker Robbie Keane while Newcastle have also expressed an interest in bringing the Irishman over to St James' Park on loan. Latest report indicate Turkish side Besiktas have launched a surprise bid for Keane too.
Chelsea striker Franco Di Santo is currently at Wigan and in the process of completing a loan move to the DW Stadium.
DONE DEAL: Marcus Bent has signed for Wolves from Birmingham on loan until January.
Wolfsburg striker Grafite could be on his way to Everton.

Meanwhile, Portsmouth skipper Marc Wilson was sighted at Stoke's Brittania Stadium on Tuesday. Stoke manager Tony Pulis is known for his love of transfers on deadline day and Wilson might well be an addition to his squad before the window shuts later today.

Out-of-favour Barcelona midfielder Aliaksandr Hleb is on the verge of making a return to the Premier League by signing for Birmingham City, who have made a £5million bid for the former Arsenal player.
Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp has reportedly made a sensational bid to land Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor.

While there might only be one new face at the North London club on deadline day with the arrival of Fulham keeper Mark Schwarzer.
West Ham United's Carlton Cole has again been linked to the Reds but a last minute deal for Sweden striker Ola Toivonen from PSV Eindhoven could also happen. Should the deal be completed quick enough, West Ham manager Avram Grant will then move for out-of-favour Tottenham Hotspur striker Robbie Keane.
Redknapp's pursuit to sign Luis Fabiano has all but ended after the Brazilian striker signed a new deal with Sevilla.
Meanwhile, Roy Hodgson has not ruled out selling Lucas Leiva but has admitted there's little time left for that to happen - at least for the current transfer window.
Birmingham City are closing in on a deal to sign Spartak Moscow defender Martin Jiranek, whose contract with the Russian club expires in December and Blues boss Alex McLeish is thought to be keen on adding the versatile defender to his squad before the transfer window shuts.
