Oliver Kahn taunts Jens Lehmann

Retired Bayern Munich goalkeeper Oliver Kahn has taken a jibe at old rival Jen Lehmann, who recently re-signed for Arsenal.

41-year-old Lehmann, who played second fiddle to Kahn during his time in the Germany national team, recently came out of retirement to serve as an emergency goalkeeper for the Gunners.

And Kahn revealed his amusement over Lehmann's decision to pick up his gloves again.

"We can see how difficult it is for many to find a fulfilling, meaningful job after leaving professional sports," Kahn told Bild.

But the German legend did end off with a good word for his compatriot.

He added: "From a sporting perspective, he can certainly help out for some games. The whole situation is further evidence of the goalkeeper malaise in England."
