Sow reveals Anfield ambitions

Lille striker Moussa Sow has continued to reiterate his desire for a move to England, this time admitting that scoring at Anfield's Kop end would be a dream.

The Lille striker's contract with the defending Ligue 1 champions run out in at the end of next season and talks to renew it has stalled, prompting rumours that the club would attempt to offload Sow while his value is still high.

Sow has previously stated that Arsenal are a 'big club' back in December, fueling rumours of a move to England.

It's not likely that Sow will move in this transfer window though, as he is currently with the Senegal team playing at the Africa Cup of Nations.

Nevertheless, he continued to state his desire to play in England eventually, singling out the support of Liverpool fans at Anfield as a particular highlight.

Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: "I am at Lille now but as we all know I want to play in England one day.

"Liverpool, well, that is a dream club. Anyone would be happy, scoring goals in front of the Kop can be the highlight of a career."

Sow is reportedly valued at  €18million.
