Real Madrid in hunt for Zlatan
Zlatan Ibrahimovic could be on his way to Real Madrid after reportedly being offered a mega contract worth £15m a year.
According to Tuttosport, the Sweden international has expressed his desire to move in recent weeks, causing Inter a lot of concern.
Ibrahimovic is thought to be disillusioned with the Nerazzurri after they failed to go further than the Second Round of the Champions League.
He no longer feels he can establish himself as the best player in the world at San Siro and win the Ballon d'Or.
The offer is said to have come from Florentino Perez, who is expected to win the next Real Madrid presidential election on July 5.
Perez is famous for ushering in the 'galacticos' era when he was last Real's President between 2000 and 2006.
He signed the likes of Zinedine Zidane, Luis Figo, Ronaldo and David Beckham to boost Real's already considerable brand name.
The policy was flawed, though, as Real failed to win anything for four years between 2003 and 2007.
According to Tuttosport, Perez has promised Ibrahimovic he will play along side Cristiano Ronaldo next season.
The 27-year-old Ibrahimovic has been the best player in Serie A over the last two years. He has scored 20 goals in 31 League appearances this season.
