Osasuna central midfielder Krisztian Vadocz has been diagnosed with the H1N1 flu.

The 24-year-old is said to recovering from the virus and has been isolated from his teammates, according to the Primera Liga club's official website.

Vadocz, who was shocked to learn of his predicament, said: "The news surprised me because I feel in perfect condition,

"I am bored in my room and looking forward to getting back to training with my colleagues."

The Hungarian international's condition was detected when he underwent a check-up for a temperature and a cough while undergoing pre-season training.
