Speaking to Corriere dello Sport, he said: "I want to win the Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the Champions League."

The 27-year-old also commented on his teammate and fellow FIFA World Player of the Year winner.

"I'm happy to be here, and happy to be alongside my favourite player Cristiano Ronaldo.

"Every time I see him, it reminds me of that beautiful goal he scored in the 2007-08 Champions League final.

"So I am looking forward to winning all three competitions with him and the rest of the team."
