Barcelona's new signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic has fired his first broadside at Real Madrid ahead of the start of the new season.

The Swede completed a blockbuster move from Inter to Barcelona during the summer.

It didn't take long before the outspoken striker made his feelings felt against Barca's fiercest rivals.

"Madrid needs to win because it's been going two years without any title," said the Swede. "And it goes without saying that the pressure will be on them to do so.

"What have they done? They've bought players to win, to make a winning team . I have come to a club that already is a winner."

He added: "I think that Barca has an advantage because Real is forced to create a team from scratch. And it is clear that this cannot be achieved within 24 hours, or in a week or a month. It requires time."
