George Weah has claimed that Samuel Eto’o has all the attributes to establish himself as the ‘Weah of Inter’.

Weah was at the San Siro to play in a tribute match for Stefano Borgonovo between the legends of AC Milan and Real Madrid.

"To repeat himself in Italy, he will need to work hard," Weah said to Repubblica.it

"The Serie A is a difficult league. At Barcelona, he did some stupendous things."

"When I came from Paris Saint Germain, many people were skeptical about my abilities because I came from France. But I worked hard and I also did well in Italy."

"I wish him well, even though he plays for Inter."

Eto'o was part of the package that saw him move to Inter, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic moving the other way to Barcelona. The Cameroonian's side will play host to Parma this weekend when the Serie A resumes.
