Barca wait on Ibra ankle tests

Barcelona are set to find out if Zlatan Ibrahimovic will miss any games due to the ankle sprain he sustained during their win over Racing Santander.

Ibrahimovic, who opened the scoring in the 4-1 victory with his fourth goal in successive league matches this season, was replaced in the 53rd minute after picking up the injury.

The Swedish international will undergo more tests today to determine the extent of the injury and whether he will be sidelined for any length of time.

Barca travel to Malaga in La Liga this weekend and then host Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League next week.

Ibrahimovic said after the Racing match: "I don't know yet if I will be able to play in Malaga. I think I'm ok, maybe I need a little treatment. I'm calm."

Ibrahimovic's tests confirmed that the former Inter Milan striker has suffered a grade I-II sprain to his right ankle and has been classed as "a doubt" for Saturday's league match against Malaga.
