Real Madrid and long-time partner bwin signed an extension of their shirt sponsorship deal through to 2013.

The press conference, which took place on Monday, was attended by club president Florentino Perez, Director General Jorge Valdano as well as senior players like Raul and Guti and it took place at the Presidential Balcony of the Santiago Bernabeu.

"I am happy to announce that Real Madrid will have bwin as a partner for another three years," Perez was quoted as saying on realmadrid.com.

"bwin is a loyal partner which understands sport and especially football, which values quality and singularity and which knows how to profit from the emotion generated by Real Madrid throughout the world."
