Tamudo linked with England move
Blackburn and Wigan have been linked with a move for Espanyol's unwanted striker Raul Tamudo.
According to The Daily Mail, both English clubs are set to trigger the €2.5 million buy-out clause Tamudo has.
No Spanish clubs have been in touch with Espanyol so it now seems English clubs head the queue.
Birmingham, Bolton, Portsmouth, Sunderland, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Hull City were also linked with the experienced forward in the summer.
Tamudo has been criticised by some Espanyol fans and pundits for his desire to leave the club after spending his entire career with them, but with his contract due to run out next summer he does not want to sign a new deal.
