Brazil international Daniel Alves is expected to miss three weeks worth of games for Barcelona.

The marauding right-back seemed to have pulled his hamstring during Barcelona's surprise 2-1 defeat to Rubin Kazan in the Champions League Group F game on Tuesday.

The Brazilian will be looked at more closely by the Barcelona medical team to assess the damage.

According to reports, Alves will miss the club's next Champions League match, which is at Rubin.
