Raul wants to end career at Real

Raul has hinted that he would like to end his playing career at Real Madrid.

The Real legend, who won six La Liga titles and three champions League Cups, has not completely ruled out heading overseas in the twilight of his career.

The 32-year-old was awarded a 'contract for life' at Real last year which allows his contract to be renewed every time he clocks 30 games per season.

But lately, it has been difficult for Raul to hold down a regular spot with the arrivals of Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaka and Karim Benzema this season.

"My dream was to begin and end here," said Raul to realmadrid.com.

"But circumstances change and decisions sometimes need to be made. I think the Real Madrid-Raul relationship is hard to break, so I hope to end my career here."
