Pedro: Guardiola is the best
Barcelona youngster Pedro hopes Pep Guardiola will remain at the Camp Nou for many years - saying he is a "brilliant coach".
Speaking to Sport the 22-year-old said "He is a brilliant coach who should remain here for many years. He has taught me a lot, especially how to position myself on the field.
"I'm gaining a lot of confidence, many opportunities, and I try to use these chances to work.
"If Guardiola's not here next season, it would be a blow for everyone at the club, not just for me."
The speedy winger, who made fourteen appearances during Barcelona's treble-winning 2008/09 season also said that scoring against Real Madrid would be a dream come true.
"It would be a dream to score against Real Madrid in a game so important." he added.
He also admitted that he is targeting history at the FIFA World Club Championship in Abu Dhabi in December by becoming the first Barca player to score in six separate competitions in one season.
"When the Club World Cup comes we will try to win it but now we must focus on our upcoming games. To get it [the record], of course, would be something historic and I will be lucky if I can do it. It would make me very happy," he declared.
