Valencia will not give up on signing Milan Jovanovic from Standard Liege.

Los Che president Manuel Llorente is reportedly determined to land the Serbia international.

Jovanovic is out of contract next June and has already discussed terms over a Bosman move with Valencia representatives.

Superdeporte says, however, Jovanovic regards their latest offer of €1.5 million-a-year too low and has instructed his agent to look elsewhere.

For his part, Llorente refuses to give up and is prepared to revise their offer to Jovanovic's minders.
