Real set sights on Schafer
Real Madrid have been linked with another defender - and this time it's Wolfsburg's left-back Marcel Schafer.
Although Marceloa has been impressive for Real this season, he does not provide any defensive stability.
According to Marca, Real rate Schafer highly.
Schafer has also been linked with Inter Milan and is emerging as a January target for Real as their pursuit of Fiorentina defender Juan Manuel Vargas begins to fizzle out.
