Silva confident of Valencia's chances
David Silva believes that Valencia can do just as well without him, after scans revealed that he will be out for a month.
He had sustained ligament damage in the 1-1 draw against Mallorca at the Mestalla. Initial fears suggested that he might be out for a much longer period of time. However, further scans showed that he might only be out for four weeks.
He believes that the team will do fine without him, and suggested that they will do well to start with a victory against Lille in the Europa League. There is little hope that he feature against Real Madrid, in about two weeks.
He reiterated his faith to Super Deporte, "I'm very confident in the team. The draw against Mallorca was a pity because we created many chances but we are in a good shape and I am not sure if my injury will affect the team."
