Iker Munian is set to sign a contract extension with Athletic Bilbao until 2014/2015.

The striker is one of the youngest ever player to appear in the Spanish top flight.

The Pamplona-born 16-year-old is a also product of Basque giants Athletic Bilbao's youth ranks

He has only recently signed a deal until 2012 but Bilbao are eager to tie him down with reported interest from Real Madrid, Barcelona and Liverpool.

The winger has increased his wage and his release clause is now set at between 36 and 45 million euros.

Bilbao are also in contract talks Fran Yeste. The left winger's contract expires at the end of the season and the club have offered him a two-year extension, Yeste is holding out for three.
