Real Madrid midfielder Fernando Gago will not be adding any black stripes to his all white jersey this January claimed his agent Zoran Vekic.

Despite earlier reports from Tuttosport that claimed Juventus are keen on landing the Argentine on loan to cover for the crocked Mauro Camoranesi and Mohammed Sissoko no real move has been made by the Italian side.

Speaking to Calciomercato.it, Vekic said: "Juventus have not spoken to us, and I don't think they have spoken to Real Madrid either.

"I think it's difficult [to see] Real Madrid allowing Gago to leave, especially with Pepe injured and their squad being down to just 22 players.

"It all depends on whether Real Madrid receive an offer. If that happens they will analyse it and let us know. The player is not looking for a new team in any case."
