Nistelrooy not moving to Turkey
Ace poacher Ruud Van Nistelrooy is on the lookout for a new club, but will not be moving to Turkey according to his agent
Turkish giants Galatasaray have reportedly admitted interest in the Dutch striker whose contract with Real Madrid expires at the end of this season.
"There are a lot of clubs interested in Ruud, and several sides have already approached me to discuss a transfer. However, Ruud is not interested in leaving Real for a club in Turkey," Nistelrooy's agent Rodger Linse told Algemeen Dagblad.
A number of Premier League clubs - including Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Stoke City are also rumoured to be keeping an eye on the Dutchman.
Such a flurry of interest is not surprising, given the 33-year-old's magnificent goal scoring record. He is the second highest goal scorer in Champions League history with 60 strikes.
Before joining Real, he played at Manchester United for five years, scoring an incredible 150 goals in 219 appearances.
