Cruyff defends Henry, Zlatan

Barcelona legend Johan Cruyff has defended strikers Thierry Henry and Zlatan Ibrahimovic over their lack of goals for the club this season.

Henry has struggled to find the net with only two goals to his name while Ibrahimovic has scored just once in his last seven games.

Although Barcelona are still leading the La Liga table, many are worried about the contributions from the Frenchman and the Swede in the goal department.

Cruyff has called for calm and urged the critics not to judge the strikers by the number of goals scored.

"Happiness is never complete [at Barcelona]. There's always someone pointing the finger. If you play up front and don't score you have to live with it but judging them by their goals alone is as easy as it is incorrect," he is quoted as saying by Sport.

"Who can occupy defences more? Their movement, on and off the ball, creates a great advantage of an unknown value."
