Alain Migliaccio, Franck Ribery’s agent, believes a pairing of Lionel Messi and his client at Barcelona would be “phenomenal”.

Migliaccio added that Ribery's present club, Bayern Munich, have not had any decisions with regards to the player's future and declined to talk about any possible moves for his client, despite the media reporting that the Frenchman is due to sign for Real Madrid.

"We do not close any doors," Migliaccio told Spanish tabloid Sport.

Ribery's contract with Bayern ends in the summer of 2011 and he has been touted to be leaving the Bavarians after this season with Migliaccio keen to speak to Bayern officials before the Bundesliga campaign comes to a close.

"First we will talk with Bayern [Munich] and then we'll see," he said before adding that the possibility of Messi and Ribery featuring for Barcelona "would be phenomenal."
