Barcelona duo Dani Alves and Yaya Toure face spells on the sidelines after picking up injuries in Saturday's win over Getafe.

The Barca duo picked up the injuries during the 2-1 win over Getafe on Saturday, a game that also saw Catalan stars Gerard Pique and Rafael Marquez given red cards.

Full-back Alves has a calf problem and is expected to be out of action for three weeks, whilst Toure has a thigh injury and will be absent for a fortnight.

Alves and Toure, as well as the suspended Pique and Marquez, are now set to miss Barcelona's next La Liga match - against Atletico Madrid next Sunday.

They are also likely to miss Barca's Champions League clash with Stuttgart on February 23.
