Toure: Nowhere better than Barca

Barcelona midfielder Yaya Toure insisted that he is happy at the club and has no plans of leaving.

There has been much media speculation surrounding the midfielder with English Premier League clubs, Arsenal and Manchester City.

However, the central midfielder insists that he wants to remain at the Camp Nou.

El Mundo Deportivo quoted the Ivorian saying: "There is no better club to play at than Barca. I'm happy here and am not thinking of leaving."

And though local boy Sergi Busquets is currently enjoying more first team football than Toure, the 26-year-old insists that he has to respect the coach's descisions.

"We must respect the decisions of [Pep] Guardiola. He's a great player, he knows the game plan perfectly and is very smart on the field, he just needs a little progress physically.

"Winning six titles is something historic but I am ambitious and want to win more. Guardiola is the most important person. He supports the team, helps you in difficult times and makes playing at a club like Barca a bit easier," he concluded.
