Esteban Granero is encouraged by Real Madrid's squad and thinks the La Liga title is Real's to lose this season.

The midfielder told AS that Real can only depend on themselves and pick up victories in every game in order to steal the title away from current champions and bitter rivals Barcelona.

"We want to win and have an obligation to do so to please the fans," Granero said AS.

"We depend on ourselves and we know that if we win every game the league is ours. So we have to think about getting better but above all continue the upward trend that we have."

The Real midfielder also thinks his team can beat  Sevilla on Saturday at the Bernabeu.

"Sevilla have players of good level in all positions but we have better at Real Madrid. Although we play against a tough opponent we can win the game," he said.

"It's a match between two of the strongest teams in the league. By playing at home we have an advantage and Sevilla are a little weaker, so I think it will be quite even."
