Adriano Correia’s agent, Alvaro Calderon Torres, has shot down rumours linking his client to Inter Milan.

Reports in the Italian press are indicating that the Nerazzurri have the 25-year-old on their wishlist after talks for Lazio defender Aleksandar Kolarov failed, but the player's agent is adamant that it's nothing but speculation.

"I am not up to date with what happens in Italy," he told FcInterNews.it.

"What I can say is that neither my associates nor I have had direct contacts with the Nerazzurri.

"The season is still in full swing and, at the moment, we are not thinking about the transfer market."

Adriano was linked with a transfer to Roma in 2005 before signing with Sevilla.

"Yes, it's true that he came very close to joining Roma, but that's an old story," concluded Torres.
