Two clubs in for Eto'o
Barcelona striker Samuel Eto’o is the subject of a transfer tug-of-war between Chelsea and Inter Milan.
Newly-appointed Inter coach Jose Mourinho is set to compete with his old club Chelsea for the services of the Cameroon player.Reports from England suggest that the Blues are set to move for Eto’o after agreeing to sell Didier Drogba to AC Milan for US$35.5 m.
They will then bid US$43 m for the Eto’o, offering him a £110,000-a-week contract.
Mourinho and Inter Milan are also targeting Eto’o after missing out on Drogba.
Eto'o scored 20 goals in 24 appearances for Barca this season but the Catalan club did not win any trophies since their Champions League triumph in 2006.
