Crespo issues Inter quit threat

Inter's Hernan Crespo feels he may have to leave the Milan club in January if he is to win back his Argentina place.

Crespo has not featured for Alfio Basile's side for more than a year and knows he has to be playing regularly for Inter if he is to be considered again.

"If I don't play, I won't be called up. Every time I watch the national team play, I die," Crespo told FOX Sports.

Crespo admitted he could leave the San Siro in a bid to find first-team football.

He said: "I hope I can find a place at Inter or any other club so I could be back to the national team.

"We'll see how things go on from now until January, whether I can play at Inter. If not, I'll try to broaden my horizons."
