Del Piero and Ranieri make peace
Alessandro Del Piero and Claudio Ranieri are back on talking terms after a training ground bust-up between the pair.
Juve's captaina and coach were engaged in a heated argument at the training ground last week which resulted in Del Piero storming off the pitch looking visibly upset.
Tension has been high in Turin after the club's poor start to the season with Ranieri under immense pressure to improve their standings while Del Piero was left out of Marcello Lippi's Italian squad after a loss of form.
However, the charismatic forward was quickly on the mend and arranged a meeting with his coach to clear the air over the bust-up.
"Sure there have been some arguments in the dressing room in the early stage of the season, but I can assure you that the group is united, compact and serene," Del Piero explained.
And more importantly, the Juve number 10 went on to add, "We are all heading in the same direction."
Juventus travel to Napoli this weekend with a long injury list which includes, Giangluigi Buffon, Cristiano Zanetti and Mauro Camoranesi.
