Secco wants Gattuso to shut it

Juventus sporting director Alessio Secco wants AC Milan midfielder Gennaro Gattuso to mind his own business.

Gattuso recently commented that Juve striker Amauri has no right to wear the Italy jersey and his choice of words have not gone down well with people over at the Turin-based club.

Secco told Tuttosport: "I always think it's better to take care of your own problems,

"Without making judgements on what happens elsewhere. That way statements like ones Gattuso made on Amauri would be avoided. Otherwise you can end up talking about things you don't know about..."

Secco also gave his take on the Serie A title race and reckons his team are still in with a shout.

"The league was never closed," he continued. "We must not make calculations, but only think about earning as many points as possible. Football is full of surprises, look at what's happening in La Liga. It seemed Barcelona had already won easily. But now Real Madrid are just four points below, and now anything could happen.

"That also goes for Serie A. Clearly Inter are favorites, but we will try, without making any calculations. We will only start to make them in April."
