Though Pavel Nedved has announced his retirement plans, his agent Mino Raiola is confident that he will continue playing.

The Juventus veteran will turn 37 in August and is retiring after his wife pleaded with him to hang up his boots. But both fans and officials have campaigned for him to rethink his decision and try to win the Champions League next season.

"I will do everything in my power to make sure he [Nedved] wears the Juve shirt again next season and I also hope that the Bianconeri will win the Champions League," Raiola said in an interview.

The Old Lady's directors are also confident he will go back on his retirement decision and have made it known that "if he changes his mind, we will be here waiting for him".
