Rossi finds fault after Inter loss
Lazio coach Delio Rossi was left to rue a lack of motivation and Zlatan Ibrahimovic after his side's 2-0 defeat to Inter Milan.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic unlocked the game in the 58th minute with Sulley Muntari sealing the win 20 minutes from time to put the Nerazzurri 10 points clear at the top of the table with four games remaining.
"For nearlyan hour we did very well, played the ball to feet and didn't allow Inter much apart from a few corner kicks," he said after the 2-0 defeat at San Siro.
"The world class player (Ibrahimovic) made the difference and at that point the difference in motivation emerged, as we didn't fight back."
"I have had to rest a few players who have worked very hard this season. They did well, although eventually the lack of match fitness came through," continued Rossi.
"It is a lack of maturity that we get to the final third and then lose our way. We are among the most prolific sides, but still need to improve in this respect."
Saturday's result left Lazio in ninth spot, with their hopes of grabbing a Europa League place fading fast.
