Sampdoria's in-form striker Antonio Cassano is reportedly close to agreeing a deal that will see him sign for Juventus.

The ilcalciomercato.it claimed that the Old Lady has decided to sign Cassano after their number one target Diego was reported to be joining Bayern Munich.

A deal which will see teen prodigy Sebastian Giovinco go the other way along with 10 million euros is apparently on the table.

However, Juve will not make their bid public until manager Claudio Ranieri's future has been decided.

Cassano who has had a great season so far has been snubbed by national team coach Marcelo Lippi throughout the campaign and a move to a bigger club might just do the trick.
