Inter Milan stalwart Esteban Cambiasso believes his side will claim the Serie A title on Sunday when they play Siena.

Jose Mourinho's men currently lead second-placed AC Milan by seven points at the top of the Serie A standings, and a win this weekend would land them Italy's top-flight crown.

"It is match point for the Scudetto," declared Cambiasso.

"It certainly will be a different game to the others, because the finishing post is right there in front of us. Usually you know where you want to go, but the target is still in the distance.

"However, we have to face Siena with the same spirit as every other game, even if this is match point for the Scudetto and we know that by winning we'll have the title.

"We have been working for 10 months to reach the Scudetto.

"We cannot decide when it arrives, because the season always throws in surprises, but the important thing is to celebrate it on Sunday night. That only depends on us."
