Gourcuff weighs up his future
Yoann Gourcuff will decide whether to return to Milan or not based upon who the manager is next season according to the Italian Press.
The highly rated 22-year-old is currently on loan at Bordeaux, where he has not only established himself as a France international, but as a world-class player, too.
His displays for the Girondins have seen him plunder seven crucial goals and take home nine man of the match awards - inspiring the French outfit to the top of Ligue 1.
Bordeaux have an option to buy Gourcuff for a prearranged fee of £15m on May 31, but the talented midfielder is considering the pros and cons of returning to Italy.
Gourcuff had a difficult relationship with Milan Coach Carlo Ancelotti and is reportedly reluctant to move back as long as he remains coach.
The former Rennes youngster made just 15 Serie A appearances in his last season with Milan, most of which came as a substitute.
Milan's directors are said to be very pleased with Gourcuff's success in France and would welcome his return.
However, he remains a back up in the eyes of Ancelotti and would only enter his plans if Kaka were sold this summer.
