Christian Poulsen may have endured a difficult debut season at Juventus, but his agent Joern Bonnesen insists he will be staying in Turin.

Speaking to reporters in Spain about rumours linking his client with a host of European clubs the defenders agent replied "Sevilla? Yes, I read about it in some newspapers, but I haven't been contacted by them.

"Have I spoken recently with the Juve executives? Why should I? The player is doing well in Turin and has three more years on his contract."

Despite criticism from fans over his performances this year Bonnesen has claimed his client won't be lured away from his current club.

"There has been interest on the part of Italian, English, and Spanish clubs, but I haven't even taken it into consideration, because I don't see why the player should leave Juventus."

Poulsen has made 26 appearances in all competitions for the Bianconeri this season.
