Luis Fabiano dreaming of Milan
As Milan continue their hunt for a striker with Brazilian star Luis Fabiano the latest to have thrown his name into the hat.
Following speculation that the Rossonieri were interested in the striker, he has revealed his admiration for the club.
However, his agent believes that the Italian giants will not be able to afford Sevilla's asking price.
Speaking from the Brazilian Confederations Cup camp in South Africa, Fabiano said he was flattered by the links, but that there has been no official activity.
"Milan? It would be a dream for me," Fabiano said to Italian newspaper La Repubblica.
"It would be beautiful to play for a team like Milan. Italian football is always attractive, but I don't know anything about a move."
"The only certainty is that I have a contract with Sevilla until 2011."
Sky Sport Italia claimed the Brazil international, whose two goals helped send Italy packing from the Confederations Cup, was being targeted by Milan after Edin Dzeko's deal appears to have come grinding to a halt, while Emmanuel Adebayor's agents insist the target man will not move to Italy.
The player's agent Jose Fuentes, however, has expressed doubts that Milan would be able to afford the Brazilian.
"He has two years left on his contract and a buy-out clause of 30 million Euros," he told Italian news station Radio TV.
"To be realistic, there are only four or five clubs that can afford to pay a sum like that. Whoever's interested can ask Sevilla, then I will intervene to see if it can be done."
"It's one thing to say what he would like to do, another thing is the club's intentions with the player."
The Brazilian has netted in each of Brazil's Confederations Cup games so far.
