Galliani: Pato price not the issue
Andriano Galliani has reiterated that Alexandre Pato is not for sale, regardless of the size of incoming offers.
The Milan vice-president once again demonstrated his desire to retain his young talents, despite offers as high as £50million for Pato.
"We received a previous offer from another club which was higher than that and we said no. So you can see where we are coming from..." explained Galliani.
"Pato is our future and we are not willing to sell him at this stage. He will stay in Milan no matter what."
Regarding Milan's own transfer targets, Galliani said that there was no further news regarding Porto's Aly Cissokho, with the Rossoneri continuing to negotiate with the Portuguese team.
Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko looks to be remaining in Germany, despite both Milan and the player himself been keen on the deal.
"We will wait until next week to see what's happening (with Dzeko's transfer). Otherwise we will move on to another target," Galliani concluded.
Arsenal forward Emmanuel Adebayor and Sevilla's Luis Fabiano are apparently next on Milan's transfer wish list, although the club may also be prepared to give Marco Borriello a chance as the club's starting striker.
