Inter Milan's summer transfer dealings are all but completed according to club president Massimo Moratti.

The Italian champions have made three reinforcements with the arrivals of Thiago Motta, Diego Milito and Kerlon.

Chelsea defender Ricardo Carvalho has been strongly linked with a move to the San Siro but when asked about whether his club will make any further signings this summer, Moratti said: "I certainly hope not.

"We are one of the clubs that has spent a lot in the transfer market.

"We are satisfied with the new acquisitions."

In the meantime, Inter have extended the contract of Italian full-back Davide Santon through to June 2014.

The 18-year-old defender made 20 appearances for the Nerazurri last season and was a member of Italy's Confederations Cup squad last month.
