Nedved offered Juve role
Juventus have offered Pavel Nedved a job on the club's backroom staff.
The Czech Republic midfielder retired from football last month after helping Juve finish runners-up in Serie A.
Reports in Italy claim Inter Milan are considering luring the 36-year-old to the San Siro this summer to reinforce their midfield.
Juventus president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli has brushed aside those rumours and believes Nedved is unlikely to reconsider his decision to retire from active football.
"I would be surprised if he did," said Cobolli Gigli as reported in Gazzetta dello Sport.
"I can only say that it would be a pleasure that Pavel returns to us.
"Before he went on holiday he spoke to (Juve coach Ciro) Ferrara, who offered him a place in the coaching staff.
"I would be delighted if he accepted."
