Highly rated striker Jose Castillo is back in the top-flight after securing a move from Lecce to Fiorentina.

The Tuscan-based outfit confirmed that personal terms had been agreed with the 24-year-old hitman and that the signing was now finalised.

A statement on the Viola's official website read "Fiorentina can announce that we have acquired the outright services of Jose Ignacio Castillo from U.S. Lecce."

Castillo has been training with his now former club over the past few days whilst awaiting official confirmation of the move.

Having received the green light the Argentinean will be returning to Tuscany, having played their for Pisa in the 2007/08 season.
