Roma captain Francesco Totti was pulled out of training today and is doubtful to face Gent in the Europa League on Thursday.

The 32-year-old complained of pain in his knee during training and sat out the remainder of the morning session.

It is worrying news for Roma fans as Totti missed the end of last season after undergoing knee surgery.

Also doubtful for Thursday's third-qualifying-round second leg is Mirko Vucinic, who also has a knee problem, though Juan is now back in full training.

Roma take a 3-1 lead into the Jules Otten Stadion clash.
