Milan ready bid for Fabregas
AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has given the ‘green-light' for a bid to Arsenal's Cesc Fabregas to Italy.
Reports from Tuttosport suggest that Milan will table a bid of €35 million for the Spain international.
If accepted, Fabregas will receive €4m-per-season for the proposed five-year-deal, and it seems Gunners coach Arsene Wenger will not stand in his way.
A meeting between Berlusconi, club vice-president Adriano Galliani, and coach Leonardo, will discuss the impending deal as well as that of Andrea Pirlo and Luis Fabiano.
With the number of talents slowly dwindling at the Emirates Stadium, Wenger would be hard-pressed not to make a splurge.
Whether or not he can afford it.
