Amauri: Juve have made good moves

Amauri has expressed his satisfaction with Juventus’ new signings, while saying that David Trezeguet made the right decision to stay.

The Brazilian arrives in Turin a season ago, but has seen both playing and staff personnel change dramatically in his time with the Bianconeri.

"David has done well not to leave, because we are stronger and we want to start winning again," Amauri told Sky Sport 24.

"We are a good team [and] we have bought some great players," the former Palermo player concluded.

The Brazilian contingent at Juve has expanded with the acquisitions of Felipe Melo and Diego from Fiorentina and Werder Bremen respectively, but coach Ciro Ferrara has also brought in reinforcement for the backline.

Fabio Cannavaro has returned after a stint with Real Madrid, while Martin Carceres is with the Old Lady on a season-long loan.
