D'Agostino is going nowhere
Udinese midfielder Gaetano D'Agostino will not be joining Lazio, according to the player's agent.
Franco Zavaglia told lalaziosiamonoi.it that it would be 'difficult' to see his client leave Udinese for the Roman club.
The 27-year-old Italy international was one of the better performers in Serie A last season and he was linked with a move to Juventus.
But Juventus signed Felipe Melo instead after failing to match Udinese's asking price for D'Agostino.
Lazio are the latest club to be linked with D'Agostino.
"I think it would be difficult to see D'Agostino moving to Lazio. There is an interest, but I think that the operation will be too complicated to reach a conclusion before the end of the transfer window," Zavaglia told lalaziosiamonoi.it.
"In addition, I haven't spoken to the player and so there is no point talking about it until I do," he concluded.
